  1. Rapid recognition of unstable vital signs

  2. Antidotal therapy including:

    1. Atropine

    2. Vasopressor support

    3. Fluid resuscitation

    4. Glucagon

    5. High dose insulin/glucose therapy

    6. Intralipid

  3. Transcutaneous pacing

  4. Starting CPR if patient becomes hemodynamically critically unstable
